Developed with upgraded internal components, Chevrolet Performance’s SuperMatic 6L80-E 6-speed automatic transmission offers an exceptional torque rating of 650 lb.-ft. – a 45 percent increase over regular production versions of the 6-speed automatic. A deep 4.02:1 first gear enables strong launch performance, while the 0.67:1 top gear supports balanced performance on the highway. It is designed for use with Chevrolet Performance’s LS and LSX crate engines in 2WD applications.
